Phase one is all about who you are. Share the content that represents you. We want to discover your point of view, your inspiration, and how you see the world.

In the second phase, we’ll connect with you and discover your aspirations, values, interests, experiences, and motivations.

The final phase, “ZARA HOME Business Experience,” where finalists from all participating universities with management profiles will come together. During this event, they will experience ZARA HOME from the inside, connect with our teams, and engage with the business and creative vision behind the brand.

GRADUATES PROGRAM

6-month training contract 
Recent graduates with a bachelor's/master's degree 

Gross annual income of €30.000

Relocation package
